A. My questoon would be if it is possible to find him and apply for child maintenance and what court should I apply Indian or Lithuanian?
ANS- FIRST we will have to locate him & find him to send him a Legal Notice. It can done once we can find him. It is a slightly costly process but we can definitely find him & get the things done for Child rights & Maintenance.
