Yes, You can file both criminal and civil cases of defamation at the same time. In the civil suit, you are getting compensation for your damages whereas, in the criminal suit, the offender will be punished. You won't get any refund if the case gets rejected.

Your query is not clear but however, if you had an agreement with someone and you breached the agreement, they can't force you to do the work but instead, they can ask for compensation if it is specified in the agreement. That totally depends upon the losses they had because of your default.

1) She has equal rights over the property even though she is adopted and since there are no records to prove the adoption, she might be treated as a natural child and the property rights remain the same.
2) You can get a release deed signed by her by talking it out amicably. However, she has right to equal partition and can get equal share in the property.

A. Mother's ancestral property cannot be considered as ancestral in the hands of children so mother's share in her ancestral property will be considered as self acquired and the mother is entitled to transfer the same in registered manner to any person of her choice and her deceased daughter's children cannot raise any objection.

You are required to first get your name changed in the birth certificate and school mark sheet and you may approach the judicial magistrate of the first class to do the same. Then, the required annexure forms can be submitted as asked.

You can approach the court for compensation for your losses. They can't acquire private property and do any construction over there. You can produce the documents and prove your title in the said property.
