A. No one regardless of profession or social background can take undue advantage of his position in harassing the common people. It does not matter whether the perpetrator is a lawyer or police, if a wrong is being done then it has to be reported to police for proper action.

A. If there is no provision to install lift then you can complain to the Municipality department which approved the sanction plan of the building and they should stop the installation. In case they have received the approval then you can file a case in the civil court for injunction on the ground of right of easement.

A. Hi, you must have strong reasons to present for this order to be granted, as maintenance is required to be paid. But it is possible to apply for it. The interim maintenance order can be challenged in the high court by preferring an appeal. Family court's interim order under Section 125 CrPC is appealable before the Division bench of the concerned High Court.

In every company, there is certain decorum to be maintained. Usually the HR handles such problems of obscene situations in the office. B can report this incident to the HR and the board of directors about such threats. However, if A wishes to pursue this case legally, B would be liable since he has physically caused hurt to A. B can find remedy by proving his stand with adequate proof.

1) An unconditional gift deed cannot be revoked by the donor. It can only be cancelled by the court in cases where it s found that there was fraud or undue influence.

A. Hello Sir
You could file a suit against your mother and brother in order recover the money you have paid, also in case they deny then you could ask for your share in the property and get seperated. As you have paid for the loan that means the property is partially in your name, you could transfer your share in the property back to them and get your money back or you could claim your share in the property.

There is no hard and fast rule that mentions the type of paper or any other specifications on which a will must be registered. As long as all the valid essentials to constitute a will are present, then such a will is valid. The matter of fact referring to the will being on a plain paper does not play any role and such a will is valid, legal and enforceable.

A. Hi,
Firstly, it is not illegal to quote a higher price. If such a clause is mentioned in the rental agreement signed between the two of you, then you are legally bound to pay that amount of money per unit. However, you may try and negotiate with him and solve this amicably if such a clause is not mentioned in the agreement. Moreover, the landlord cannot terminate your contract on this basis.

It would be advised to to contact a good lawyer in your city to fight your case. You have made the payment via black money, which is illegal in India. Although you must contact a lawyer and show him with all the documents and payment receipts and how much you have paid via cash to help you better with the case.
