Despite the fact that security requested you to park the automobile, it was your duty since in India, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. The most you can hope for is a reduced fine, but the police are unlikely to agree.

Online Lottery is not illegal you can play it but you have to pay the income tax on the money you receive in your account from the winnings. Secondly, if you are defrauded then no such regulatory authority would assist you in recovering your money.

Since the GST has revised and it has been reduced to 1% then you'll to pay according to the new GST. But in your case you have paid more than the said payment a even after April 2019, so you'll be eligible to get a refund from the builder and ask for the same.

A. Dear Sir,
Both are different. Under Section 499 and 500 of Indian Penal Code and you can file criminal defamation case wherein the Accused will get punishment and fine but you may not get any compensation. On the other hand in the civil defamation case you have to claim compensation and pay Court fee on such amount claimed.
