My neighbour has set a CCTV camera facing the stairs an d my kitchen window and main door. He did not inform us regarding this. It makes me feel that somebody is watching us everytime. Also we are not sure whether it has a voice recorder. Is it legal to install a voice recorder.

A. Ask him to remove it and if he is not listening take this matter with society members in writing and if they did not act then complaint to police authority.

My brother had taken loan from his friend. Being unable to pay now due to very high rate of interest of 8% per month, the money lender is harrasing. Also he has some of my brother's signed cheques which he is depositing and those are getting bounced. The money lender is unauthorized and does not have any license. We had also settled the matter by giving him half amount and he had agreed at that time. But now again he has started harrasing. What can be done?

A. How your brother took loan from a person who was unathourised and did not have any license ?

I am 21 years old girl my name is kalpana i want my rights against my fathers property as per session act 1956 daughters can get rights without getting married or not

A. I will again clarify, What I referred above is when it is ancestral property. If it is your father`s self acquired property then he can dispose off it during his life time, or will it away as he pleases, otherwise it will openb up under Indian succession Act and you will get a right. In summary there is no way you get it immediately.

If any objections raised by one of the legal heir while processing for succession certificate. Then What is the procedure ? Is any ancestral property issue can be clubbed while giving objection to succession certificate. Maximum how much time is taken by court to grant succession certificate if spite of continuous objections raised and answered?

A. Hon'ble Court will consider any objection on the basis of evidence. Consult with local property lawyer or with vidhikarya lawyers with proper documents.

I was purchasing goods from one party in Surat, cleared all their bill but they by raising fake bills threatened me to harm. I filed a injuction suit in Delhi courts. Now they are threatening me that they will file a civil suit for payment recovery in Surat. Now my question is that when one case between sane parties regarding same matter is already going on in Delhi courts in., Injuction suit filed by me , Can they file a new civil suit in Surat for recovery of their payments??

A. Once a suit is filed between the parties on a particular issue and the suit is pending then a new case on the same subject matter cannot be filed in any other courts. AND if filed the details of the case first filed can be intimated to the court AND THE COURT MAY PASS APROPRIATE ORDERS.BUT THE FIRST CASE HAS TO BE FILED IN APPROPRIATE COURT HAVING JURISDICTION
