It is a 5 floor building and Society was formed in 2006. All the 2bhk flat owners have 100 square feet car parking space in their sale deed documents but everyone has different size on the ground. I


A. An open parking lot cannot be sold to any member of the society. Hence you may check. Try negotiate with builder or see if you want to sue the builder for misrepresentation or misleading before the Consumer Court and seek necessary compensation. Thank you.
