I work in a Govt bank..I drank alcohal in bank open premises(not bank office but its open campus outside office) after office hours? Can i be subjected to any punishment?

You have to collect whatever documents they are demanding and if not possible take an endorsement from them and file a Writ Petition before a High Court and get a direction to be concerned authorities to issue Caste Certificate.

If he is not employee of PSU then you cannot get non creamy layer certificate. The State Government Employees do not get any concession and their annual salary will be taken into consideration.

If the distribution of ancestral property is according to the will then your father cannot do anything and if not then he can challenge it in the court.
You and your cousins will get the share in the property after the death of your respective parents.
You cannot claim it before that.
