A. Dear Sir,
It cannot be filed and even if filed it may be transferred to Delhi by the concerned High Court for want of jurisdiction. Normally, the family cases will have to be filed where wife’s resides or in other cases where immovable property situates.

A. Sons of deceased your maternal aunt does not require any permission from their respective sons or children before making sale of land received in heritance. After sale it is your mother and father who are owners of 6 acre each so in suit only your parents were required to be impleaded and sons of deceased were to be added or impleaded as performa defendant. If your parents are not satisfied by preliminary decree then same should be challenged in higher court.

A. Dear Sir,
Average of the three years will be taken to come to a conclusion as to whether such families income is less than 8 Lakhs per annum. If it is so then only the children will be OBC non creamy layer certificate.

A. Property inherited by your father from his mother cannot be considered ancestral property so your father and his brothers are entitled to sell their self acquired properties to any person of their choice and their legal heirs can't prevent them.

You can file a police complaint. According to Section 498A of IPC, this offense is non-bailable. Any such kind of offense is punishable under law and the punishment can be imprisonment of three years or more and the culprit shall be liable to heavy fines.
