I was scammed by fraud company saying they can give me 101% job assurrance and im paying them Rs 14000 for security of the job which i will get back after 2 months of working. We sign in a paper that if they dont offer me a job within 10 days they will give me back money but i dont believe them. What should i do

A. Send them a legal notice as well as file a complaint in the nearest police station.

I took service from movers and packers to transfer household items from Bangalore to Pune. They told me to deliver it within 3 days. But it's close to a week and I have not received my items. I am not able to reach them also and they are avoiding my call. I have already paid 90% of their service fees. It's so much of mental harassment for me. I have booked Jio Phone via My Jio App on 02.07.2018. Amount Paid: Rs.1500/- I have visited my nearest Jio store located at Plot No. 3/ PC 10 & 11, Mogappaire West, Near Mogappaire West Bus Depot, Mogappair West, Mogappair, Tamil Nadu - 600037. They refused to give me Jio phone as the booking phone number is invalid. I request them to cancel the order and refund the money but they refused to cancel the order. Then I called the customer care & told the issue and request them to cancel the order and refund my money but they also refused to cancel the order. How can I get my money now?. I also contacted JIO Appellate Authority but all of them told that once the phone was booked there is no way to cancel the order. It was the real theft by bloody fraudster company RELIANCE GROUP & MUKESH AMBANI

Sir I'm purchase mobile phone in Quikr company they send add someny Times, it's 2017 manufacturer and with warranty, I believed and I send money through online rs 4525,. then they are send useless mobile, I complent the costumer care but they don't listing my voice, after I send mail's they are reply different different stories, finally they are send mailed like this :- we're asking apology it's our mistake in future avoid this tips of mistakes were asking sincere apology acpt it. But they didn't rectify my losses of money, someny Times I called the costumer care people but they are installed me. Now I filed case in consumer cort, I am a pur person how to punish the Quikr company.

I imported a shipment from China by sea in October. It's a small shipment with value 75000 rs. My shipper assigned a shipping company in India without my approval. My shipment is at custom's ICD but the DO would be given by this company. Now this company has sent me an invoice for 1 lac rs with exorbitant and unreasonable which I never agreed to. The shipper isn't willing to help either as this looks like nexus between the two. The company isn't willing to revise the invoice amount and I can't get the shipment released without the DO. I've emailed the ceo of the company warning a case of fraud if they don't revise the invoice but I don't think I'll get a reply. Kindly let me know what legal options I have.

I purchased MARUTI BALENO on 24 sept 2017 from Alipur Next Showroom,Kolkata.On 6th Nov 2018 the same car caught fire in running condition,it's burnt severely and totally got damage.6passengers including me somehow able to save ourselves.I ask dealer for replacement of car as it's under warranty but they denied.Now what should I do,should I go consumer court?

1. I subscribed for trading calls trial service of Rs. 5000/- on 25th October 2018. 2. As I said I might not be able to trade full time myself, they said will handle my DEMAT account and generate guaranteed profits of Rs. 12 lakhs in one month. But I will have to just pay 33% of 1,91,000/- so that they will recover that amount the very next day and then I can pay the rest. When asked for email confirming the same, they said will send immediately after payment. So, I paid for it. 3. To my surprise on 26th October they called me and said I will have to pay for the full amount and the software cost of Rs. 55,000 + GST. Otherwise, they can't start the work and again promised they will recover through trading profits by 2nd Nov 2018. So, I paid the rest by 27th October. A total of 2.5 lakhs was paid. 4. On 29th October they called and informed that they couldn't start trading as the expert was not in station and will start trading on 5th November. I asked for the email which confirms their guaranteed profit service. They said will send shortly. 5. I kept on following up and waited patiently for almost three weeks but as there was no response, I raised a formal complaint with the company narrating the entire story. Finally they sent an email which was totally in contrast with their promises prior to payment. So, I protested against this and clearly mentioned I do not accept it and they should not start the subscription without my consent. 6. But they are forcing me to take their service and are saying amount cannot be refunded as they do not have refund policy. 7. After raising complaint and giving time for refund, they are not responding. Am at a total loss of Rs. 2.5 lakhs and have gone through severe mental pressure regarding this. I have call records to confirm my narration and the email exchanges with the company. Kindly help me get my money at the earliest please.
