A. In my opinion that you should make a complaint to the school authorities and the Board/Council. If they don't reply within the stipulated period mentioned in the notice, ask Vidhikarya for a local civil lawyer to assist you in this matter. However, since the matter is of 2011, is barred by the Limitation Act. Your advocate needs to file an application for condonation of delay u/s 5 of Limitation Act. Lets find out the fate of this case.

A. You should send them a legal notice through advocate and then file a consumer case in the local consumer forum for deficiency of services. you have been cheated then lodge an FIR at the local Police Station against them and let the police take action against them.
