I have paid full amount(56K) for my aligner treatment from Mako Toothsi aligners, online platform , but have not received aligners and refund despite contacting then multiple times. What are my option


A. Dear client, send them a legal notice for the refund or for dispatching the aligners. If even then there was no responce from the commpany then file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency in the service and for mental agony.
