Colleges do not have the right to withhold mark sheets or any other certificates if you do not clear your entire dues. You can file a complaint at the local consumer redressal forum and then they can try to solve it out.

If you have company registration number then you can check it on Ministry of Corporate Affair website. Where in the service tab you get the option of view company/ LLP master plan. click on that and enter company registration number. You will get the information about the company there.

You are entitled to give legal notice to Oneplus on the ground of deficiency in service, demanding refund of that sum within stipulated period of time and on default you have to file Consumer complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal forum within two years from the date when the cause of action arises.

The dealer cannot force the buyer in any manner if he do so then get record all such dealings and send the same his manufacturer to cancel his dealership if not done so then approach concerned ministry and see that dealer is punished.

If you are not getting your refund, then it would be advised to go ahead with sending them a legal notice to refund your your money and in case they doesn't you would take legal actions against them.
You could file a complaint in the consumer court against the service provider to get your refund.

No individual has the right to ostracise a person and isolate them this way. This treatment is arbitrary and discriminatory. You and the other flat owners can stand up against such discrimination. If such a discrimination against the guard is due to caste, then a complaint may be registered against him at your local police station. Furthermore, you are not bound by any such rules.
