Any NJSP is not legally acceptable if it is not stamped by Vendor putting sl. no. and date of sell and whom it is sold with the signature of Vendor that proves the authenticity of stamp paper and equally important for the purpose of its admission.
So both sides of NJSP is required to be uploaded to prove the veracity of document.

You served the notice on 20th April, when the rent agreement has expired on 10th May and the period fall short of one month notice required to be served one month before the expiry of the agreement.
