Any NJSP is not legally acceptable if it is not stamped by Vendor putting sl. no. and date of sell and whom it is sold with the signature of Vendor that proves the authenticity of stamp paper and equally important for the purpose of its admission.
So both sides of NJSP is required to be uploaded to prove the veracity of document.

You served the notice on 20th April, when the rent agreement has expired on 10th May and the period fall short of one month notice required to be served one month before the expiry of the agreement. Thus your notice has no roll to play being ignorable on expiry of tenure as stipulated in the Agreement. and accordingly you are not entitled to stay in your rented premises after 10th May untill and unless it is permitted or allowed by building owner.

A contract of employment having no clear provision of exit is bad in law. Send a legal notice to the Company asking them to return the certificate and supporting document. If they are still not returned after you paying for the breach on your part, move to file a case for the breach of the employee bond agreement.

yes. if the company is accept your resignation and you are not asking retention amount then company will be reliev ietter and issue the experince certificate. it is not required to mention in the bond . if your company is a factory then you may get relieving letter & experience certificate from your employer.

You can terminate the agreement by giving a notice to the buyer stating that you are no more interested to sell the property since he has not paid any advance amount towards the consideration of sale so far.
