No the employer cannot take any legal action against you since you shall not be deemed to be an employee under such employer as you have not even completed your probation period of minimum 30 days. You may send a legal notice to such employer for harassing you or threatening you or you may approach the concerned office of the labor commissioner in your local jurisdiction.
