I have sent many emails Before 20 days I sent an email stating if it continues the same I am going to resign. After that I resigned but they didn't accept that dey Wer asking me to surrender laptop. Wen I asked to settle my allowance they said they will go legally to get laptop. They even contacted my frndz to convince me I surrendered the laptop now but there is no reply for my mails now They were asking us to work 7 days a week but no payment so I resigned Please advise how to claim my money now Thanks in advance

A. Dear Sir/Mam, If you have the offer letter or joining offer in any means available with you, then you need to send them a Legal Notice. In absence of that, you need to establish that you had worked for them and that they have not paid you the requisites. You may consult for a further advice in this regard.

I have joined an organization in Sep 2017 in Bangalore, and on 21st Feb 2018 my Managing Director called me and said “since the department which I am working hasn’t met the target, hence they are doing the cost cutting. For the same I have to resign. Also they forced me to resign on the same day. Which I did. Also at the time of Joining I have signed the appointment letter in which it is written that on parting ways- both the side can give 1 week notice before leaving or before being fired. I am married with having 3 year old kid. Apart from that My Mother (61years) & my Father (77 years) stay with me. And finding it very difficult to sustain. Also it is been 2 month now, and I am yet to get a Job. Now would like to ask to legal experts can I go against my company and file a legal case on it (on my eviction, that too without any notice.) asking for compensations. Company Headquartered – Gurgaon Job Location - Bangalore Please suggest.

Hi, I am a Director of a company. The MD is a foreign national. For any legal matters, he wants to authorize me. What is the process of MD authorizing Director for filing police complaint etc. Is there any specific format for authorization
Share this questionShare Icon

A. The piece of advice would depend on what kind of directorship you hold in the company i.e. executive director, non executive director or independent director. You have inquired for the format of authorization for filing police complaint. Is the police complaint for any wrong done by some one to the company or for his personal matter. Request you to please consult for a concrete advice.
