A. For whatever you do related to a case in a court of law you need to hire a lawyer lest you can commit mistakes. So, first of all hire a good criminal lawyer then do anything. Secondly it's your choice whether you want to help and cooperate with person or not? If you want to then go ahead. There are minimal chances of him going ahead with defamation and that can be curtailed by having it written down in the agreement that he shall not do so in future.

A. Section 41 ka notice aap ko apne bayan darj karne ke liye bheja gya hai. Aap ke pass koi evidence hai vah aap ko police ko de. Police aap ko is satar par arrest nhi kar sakti hai. Kyonki sabhi section simple nature ke hai.

A. You speak to your current lawyer and consult with him and find a way to file a contempt of case case against them somehow telling that the opposite party is not following the stay order.

A. Hi,
You can file a fresh suit on a new cause of action, even if it on the same old grounds. There is no bar to it. But the proofs you provide should be of a degree believable by the Court and should be substantive.
