A. The rule of justice will always take consideration of such facts and then accordingly pass the sentence. There is a greater chance that such female will get some reliever from the court.

A. No , it will not lapse automatically and some times police keeps it pending citing some reasons . you have not written section under which FIR has been lodged. section of IPC or any other Act you should write then only a proper suggestion can be given. contact local lawyer .

A. Though as such there is no restriction in filing discharge application but the success rate at such stage is NIL. You can also argue on charge refutting the allegations and that no charge is made out against you.
