INTRUSION IN HOUSE AND PHYSICAL ASSAULT
IF MY COUSINS AND AUNT COME IN MY HOUSE FORCEFULLY AND ATTACK ON MY MOM AND DAD DUE TO LAND DISPUTE. THEN HOW CAN I MAKE THE CASE STRONG SO THEY DON'T GET A CHANCE OF BAIL.

It is the offence of criminal trespass and assault. Section 506 of IPC may be included saying that there was threat to your life and if grievance injuries occurred then you may include Section 307 of IPC to make your case stronger.

It is first recommended to find out at what step the proceedings are and the reasons for the delay. If the problem is from the lawyers' side then it's not the mistake of the court. If the order is being unreasonably delayed, then you can file a complaint against the judge.
