I was involved in a cybercrime case in which there were two sections against me which were Section 66 C and section 354D which are still pending after 4 months of FIR and I want to pursue a master's i

A. Hi,
A pending case would hamper your chances of getting a VISA since the case is still at the FIR stage. This means that the Police have the authority to clear you to be eligible for the VISA. This case may or may not get settled before that. However, if the case is aggressively pursued, then the chances of it getting settled is very high.

A. Hello Sir
You have all rights to proove your innocence. In order to protect yourself and your family from such allegations you need to proove that the ammount deposited in your father's and cousin brother account was by you not by any of your in laws. In laws have nothing to with the said 7 lakh you deposited in your fathers and brothers account. It would be advised to get the bank statement of all the account showing that you paid that amount for preparation of weeding.

It is a case of counter FIRs. You could solve the issue amicably with your neighbours and get both the complaints quashed by the court. Under section 482 of CRPC you could approach the court praying for quashing of criminal complaint and FIR

A. Hello Ma'am
Once you have attained the age of 18 you become a major for a minor. You have all legal rights to stay with your husband after that, and the court would easily allow you to live with your husband after that and your parents cannot longer control your life and make you stay at your home.

A. Hi,
You can apply for free legal aid. Section 392 IPC is serious in nature and as it is a serious offense, you have to get proper legal advice from a lawyer. Whoever commits robbery shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

A. Hi,
There should be no difficulty with you unless you have a criminal conviction against you. Drinking in public is considered a nuisance and is thus illegal. Also you can seek for a no-objection certificate from a magistrate in case you feel that might be an issue.
Thank you very much. Please rate it if you found it useful.

A. Hello Sir
Under Section 482 of CrPC inherent power of the high court are given. Under this section you quash a criminal proceedings if no prima facie case was made out against the accused. Under this section you quash the First Information Report (FIR) as well. You could find lawyers through vidhikarya in your city who could file a appeal under section 482 of the CrPC in the High court.
