A. Hello Ma'am
If the police are not putting section 376 in the FIR then you could file a complaint to the magistrate and as well as the senior police officers of the police department via a letter.
Although there have been judgements recently stating that sexual intercourse on fake promise of marriage is not rape.
Thanks

A. Hi,
No one can force anyone to marry someone. No court can make such orders if you move to court but if his intention was bad, he may get prosecuted. You can give a police complaint and they will file charge sheet in the court.

A. Hi,
If you've been the victim of a crime and believe you're being harassed or intimidated because you reported it, call the cops. In addition to the sections listed above, Section 26 of the Indian Forest Act of 1927 can be utilized in situations when tree felling is banned. In addition, there is no witness tampering or corroboration allowed in the Indian laws.
