A. 1- You only have to provide session court case details and Acquittal.
2- It is at their discretion. However you were A4 and already acquitted so it should not affect their decision.
3- HC cases are usually not considered since you got acquitted by sessions court. They are considered for conviction.

A. criminal case can happen only by 2 ways. private case or FIR.
in FIR, police will drop new chairman and secretary.
if private case then again it will come for investigation to police and they have to drop new chairman and secretary.
so no need to do anything.

A. case will come in court and you can get warning or fine.
they are not serious sections so no effect on job, visa (some countries can because of pandemic) or passport.

A. You can file FIR for breach of trust, cheating but police will not take it.
other state is big problem for you.
if he doesnt have property or money then from where the police or court will recover ?
but still file recovery suit.

A. Fix up a CCTV camera to record his actions and abuse and then lodge a complaint to the Police. No one is above the law not even a judge so it does not matter if he is a lawyer.
