A. case will come in court and you can get warning or fine.
they are not serious sections so no effect on job, visa (some countries can because of pandemic) or passport.

other state is big problem for you.

if he doesnt have property or money then from where the police or court will recover ?
but still file recovery suit.
involve brother in law also in case.

A. Fix up a CCTV camera to record his actions and abuse and then lodge a complaint to the Police. No one is above the law not even a judge so it does not matter if he is a lawyer. He too is bound by law. But yes when you initiate action against someone who is good at law then you should be well prepared with all evidences to prove your allegations.

A. Yes nicely drafted, what you want us to do with it? proof reading? or is it your written argument ? its too late to approach High Court for quashing the FIR when the matter is of 2017. See how the prosecution proves its case and if your lawyer think you want to take defense then arrange your witness accordingly otherwise the drafting is also nice just need to be supported with evidence in the court.

Limitation already ended but people are lucky.
Due to lockdown , limitation is removed till 15 march by SC. After 15 march clock started again.
