Approach the magistrate directly and file your complaint before them. They will direct the police to register the FIR.

You can apply to the High Court for anticipatory bail under S.438 CrPC and to quash the case under S.482 CrPC.

No examination can be conducted without the girl's consent, she has a fundamental right to privacy. She might be uncomfortable with the choice of doctor, she should be given more time to make up her mind.

A. Hi,
Yes, you can do that. But it would be better to sort the issue non-judicially as it is your own brother's wife. You can try arbitration or mediation.
If you must, you can recover your money by filing a civil suit for money recovery.

You can approach several Courts online. You can complain about their misconduct to senior officials, they are more likely to take your complaint seriously.

A. Hi,
Complain to the police under Sections 383, 503, 506 and 509 IPC for criminal intimidation, extortion and outraging a woman's modesty.
You can also claim maintenance from them. Protection orders can be ranted forbidding them from contact you, if they persist.

Yes, you can file a writ petition.
False claims can be punished under S.209 IPC. He is also guilty of fraud under S.420 IPC. Forgery is punishable under S.464 IPC.
The High Court has inherent powers to prevent abuse of Court process, they can give you relief under S.482 CrPC.
