Sir I want to open Bidi Factory (Properties) whether it is require to take permission from Excise department (Abkari) or only GST registration is sufficient

A. Yes, the permission from excise department is necessary as excise duty is to be paid along with the GST .

Is dtinking in public illegal ? I read somewhere that it is not ! Only if u create nuisance after drinking then it is illegal. Plz tell me whats the law on this ?

A. If you had received a show cause notice, you could have made the payment at the time of hearing.
