Such behaviour on the part of your co-worker is cybercrime. You must file a police report against him or her. The cyber department will then get the case from the local police.
If the threat persists, it will also constitute a criminal under the 1860 Indian Penal Code.

Involving in such illegal betting games is itself invites risk if anybody try to lodge complaint with Police etc. You may try at your risk and try to recover your money by going to the Police Station.

It seems you are into the trap of cyber crime. It would be advisable to let an advocate verify the contract that you have signed. If the contract itself is not a valid one, then you don't need to worry but in case if the contract is a valid one, the terms and conditions are to be read. Then, you shall have legal liabilities.
