It is very clear that the buyer is cheating you by making you pay 2 times instead of paying. Please complain to a nearby police station in order to recover the amount paid through a fraudulent transaction.

A. Dear Sir,
It is not illegal unless it was so recorded with an intention to use the same against the other person or sell the same to his opponent or it was used with malice intention. Under these circumstances simply recording is not an offence.

If you work for a private company, you should not go to the labour commissioner because it is not within his jurisdiction. To get your money back from your prior company, you'll have to submit a legal notification to them.

As you have not given consent for the publication of your photo, the very first thing you can do is to contact the publishing house and ask them to take it down. If they do not listen to you, then you can file a case against them for infringing your right to privacy.

You can sue Instagram if it is a breach from their side. Get more information about it and if it is some user who uses this app and does such actions, you can sue him but not Instagram as that will amount to the violation of terms and conditions of Instagram.

The way to get out is to stop annoying your girlfriend and stop making calls from international number and try contacting.
if not then surely she have all rights to file a case against you for harassment. Also if you access her mail id unethically then surely she could file a cyber crime complaint against you.
