A. you were cheated in India but then how alibaba came into picture. alibaba is in china.
canada credit card does not offer protection of charge back because its out of canada transaction ? i remember i placed gift order in canada through .ca website and they blocked my order and payment. Later they refunded after canadian intervention.
now coming to india and courts, there are many ways to handle it but only if company exists. The notice charges are less only and solve max cases.

then check they sent real legal notice of a lawyer who also really exists because they can send a fake letter.

Form filling job
I did a form filling job, 900 forms was to be correct, but i had done 861 forms correctly, now the are sending some legal documents and telling thatthey will take legal action if I dont pay any money.

it has to be legal notice.
company have to really exist.
you dont have to do anything. it is all fraud.
you have to file case on them.
