Wat legal action can be taken if someone threatening you via what s app message. As he clearly mentioned tat he will harm you physically. As proof I have screen shot of this message.?

There are a variety of ways by which you can deal with such matters
1. Simply file a FIR in the local P.S or the Cyber Crime Cell
2. Nowadays you can directly file a case in the magistrates court as electronic evidence is admissible.
3. You can complain to the Dept of Telecom against such abusive and dangerous or threatening messages.
