A. Send legal notice with help of Lawyer
then you can file a civil suit for fraud and misrepresentation of facts.
You can also file FIR for fraud under Section 415 of IPC.
You can also file consumer court case for compensation.

A. Hi,
You can lodge a complaint u/S 415 IPC for cheating and defrauding you. The contractor is also liable to be charged for cheating under S.66D of the IT Act.

Borrowed funds would be repaid by the borrower's legL heirs using the borrower's properties and assets. You can file a lawsuit for recovery after sending a legal notice to the legal heirs..

A. you can not include rate of interest.
It is illegal to take interest without license.
you can lend the money even on 10 rs stamp paper without interest.
