How to recover my money from my friend legally? Can go legally?

A. Dear client,
Collect whatever document you have like whatsapp chats, mails etc if any.
If you don’t have much witnesses and evidences, it will be difficult for you to prove anything.
You can even lodge an FIR and send a legal notice to him.
Also verify and check where has he spent such amount, use them as an evidence.

Thanks

A. Dear client,
As you do not have much documents to support your statement and claims you have to be very careful.
Take prints and also preserve those chats.
Send a legal notice to your friend.
If this does not work you have to lodge an FIR against him, which again will be difficult to lodge due to lack of much evidences.
If you have witnesses and if they are willing to give witness before the court, try to take their help in the Police station.

A. Dear client,
If you don't appear then nothing will happen to you but they will keep sending letters and notices to your address.
The ideal way and also suggested is that you should appear once and submit the death certificate so that they can close the case for ever.

A. Hello,
This is a serious situation. The bank will mark you as a defaulter and the bank will send you a notice about it.
At this point make sure you do not ignore the bank notice and reply to them asap explaining to them about your situation and the reason why you missed paying the EMI’s. If your credit history is good and your reasons are very genuine, there is a possibility that the lender may give you some grace period for repayment.
If the bank is sure that they want to move ahead after you ...ReadMore
