Do not pay recovery agents in personal accounts.
Ask for “No Due Certificate / Loan Closure Letter” after payment.

Send payment reminders by call, SMS, or email.
Ask you to repay or negotiate settlement.
File a civil recovery case or arbitration if the loan agreement allows.
They cannot:
Threaten you or your family.
Abuse you or use vulgar language.
Call your contacts / references to shame you.
Visit your house without proper authorization and behave aggressively.
Access or misuse phone contacts/photos.
