A. If you know the name and address of that muslim guy, in your objections to Sec. 125 make the allegation that she has illegally married that guy and ask the Court to summon him as witness. He will not deny the marriage in Court.

A. You are asking about just seeing that the notice is served. The meaning of that husband`s refusal to take the notice may be remedied. But it also suggests that he will nt easily accept to give divorce.Do you have good grounds to seek divorce ?

A. I beg to differ in the matter of evidence. Evidence is very important in Law, family Courts are no exception to it. If your husband proves cruelty he will get a decree for judicial separation. But judicial separation is not divorce.
