I have applied for contested divorce and its been 2 years I just got to know that they would hire a private detective to know about me. How to come out of this problem.

Hiring a Private Investigator is a general practice done by most of the people in divorce cases in order to prove the allegations they have made. In order to come out of this problem you are advised to request the Judge in the next hearing to direct the opposite party to not to breach your privacy. And in case they still does than you have all right sue them for infringement of your privacy.

A. Filing an application for quashing of false FIR under section 482, CrPC in the High Court is one course of action. Further, a writ petition under Article 226 of the constitution can also be filed in case of a false FIR.

A. Hi,
Dowry is a punishable offence and would attract legal complications. If a harassment case is initiated against you, then you can show the voice recordings as proof which prove the opposite of her claims. It is always advisable for you to settle the issues out of court and amicably and filing a case must be seen as the last option. If your wife is ready for a settlement, please go ahead with it.

A. Dear Mam,
You can get your marriage annulled by filing a suit before the family court of your jurisdiction.
Else you can also file a contested case of divorce and claim compensation from them as they have cheated you and your family on the ground of non-consummation of marriage.
The best way is to get your marriage annulled as it will mean that you never had been in a marriage with that person and it will take less time.

Jab divorce diya jaata hai tab ek settlement kiya jaata hai jiske liye husband ki or se ek must dhanrashi di jaati hai. Jo uske life maintenance ke liye hoti hai.
Isliye agar aap ke dawara usko aisi koi dhanrashi nhi di gai hai tab aap ko pay karni hogi.

A. If he has treated you in this fashion then you need to teach him a lesson too. You can either get this case converted to contested case or file a fresh case for contested divorce.
Additionally file a maintenance case for yourself and two daughters and let him feel the heat of two cases.

A. Dear Sir,
You have to file 498A of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act complaint with local police and they will collect evidence by way of statements of witnesses under Section 161 of Criminal Procedure Code.
