A. Dekhiye isko koi nhi batayga aap ko ki notice ki kitni fees hoti hai. Ye advocate par depend karta hai ki usne apne work ke liye kitna fees fix kiya hai. Isme seniority ka bhi fark hota hai senior apne status ke anusar leta hai. But har advocate ka apna ek status hota hai jiske anusar fees fix ki jaati hai.

A. Dear Sir,
You cannot claim such amount and he cannot get divorce if you resist. It is not so easy for husband to get divorce and it will be prolonged upto three years in the Family Court then another three years in the High Court.

Yes, you both can claim maintenance and a right to reside permanently in the house property of your husband. Better file Domestic Violence case and claim protective order to stay in the same house and file another case claiming maintenance of 25% of your husband towards monthly maintenance out of his salary and other sources.

A. Hi,
There's no compulsion for notice. now, you have to file a divorce case before the family court. if she doesn't appear, the proceedings will be ex parte. You have to approach the family court with a suit filed u/S 13.
