Look, the main condition for mutual divorce is mutual consent. Do attend the proceeding and when the judge asks you whether you filed the mutual divorce with your free consent, then just deny.

Dear madam, if you want monthly maintenance then you have option to approach to court by filing petition under section 125 of CrPC. You are required to make application under section 91 of CrPC in the petition for summoning the salary certificate from his employer. The Court will issue notice to his employer to submit the salary certificate. On that based the court will decide the case.
