AS there is no involvement of kids, you can file a petition regarding the commutation issues and states the aforementioned facts. The Punjab High Court had recently ruled in favour of the husband, so it would not be highly unlikely. Live-in-relationship is not considered a criminal act even if the couple are married to different partners at the time they are living together. The respective spouses of the couple can file for a contested divorce but you are not criminally liable. It can only be grounds for divorce.

It is impossible to file divorce within 15 days of marriage,the limitation is under marriage act is one year and only you can nullify the marriage by filing for nullification within period of one year of the marriage, which is not divorce.
