you can buy property and can keep your mother as a co applicant name during the pending of divorce petition. If you buy it on your own on a personal loan no one can stake a claim.
Remarriage in ex parte decree

A. Yes you are entitled to file Divorce against your first wife because until and unless you get Divorce from your first wife from the competent Court of Law, your present relationship can only be considered as live in and any child born in such situation will be considered as illegitimate.
