I'm trying to make affidavit online to correct my name. Is it okay to use other state stamp paper since, my state is not in the given option?

A. First, file a Representation stating the reasons for Corrections and the remedy sought. You may approach the High Court of your jurisdiction to seek necessary relief.

Got doctor denied to write his registration number in form
I have ssb on 20th Aug 2020, As per guidelines, i did covid testing and got negative as a result. But when i asked doctor to fill the format given by ssb allahabad, he refused to give his registration
