Can middle name of child be anything other than father's name?
Can middle name of child be anything other than father's name? In Maharashtra it is customary to have father's name as middle name but if we deviate will it cause any problems?

A. Hi client,
There are no such laws where using father's name as the middle name would be compulsory.
However, certain communities do have their own ways of dealing things.
Nobody can force you to do so.
Thanks and Regards

A. Dear Client
You can not change DOB in your class 10 marksheet. However, to avoid issues in the future, you can change your DOB in your aadhar card. If you have already changed your DOB in your aadhar card once, you can still apply to change the DOB in aadhar card. The same applies for Birth Certificate.
Hope it helps

A. Dear Client

Related to EWS certificate
Sir, my father has a business in which the revenue generated is around 2-3 lakh per month but the income in hand is very low around 15000 am I eligible for EWS certificate?

A. Dear client,
To be eligible for EWS certificate, your family's gross annual income should be below Rs. 8 lakhs. This includes income from all sources such as agriculture, salary, business, etc. for the financial year before you apply for the exam. Your family should not own agricultural land of size 5 acres or more.
You cannot get the certificate as income is more.
