Respected Sir, In 2011 we suddenly lost our grandmother, she haven't executed any will deed.. everyone suggested us to go for Partition. Here's my issue we went through all her assets & found an issue

A. Dear Sir,
First approach Civil Court and take an injunction order and further claim declaration in respect of such property and a direction will be given to opposite party to register property in your father’s name.

The documents require for probate application form are: The original will, death certificate and codicils. Two copies will be required of will. other inheritance tax form is required.

A. Succession certificate banvane ke liye koi time limit nhi hai. Isliye jab bhi aap ko succession certificate ki need hoti hai tabhi coury jaakar petition dayar kar sakte ho.
Usko banvane ke liye kuch formalaites hai jisko aap ko complete karna hoga.

Name wrongly printed in land registration document

A. Aap registrar office me contect kare. Iske liye aap ko advocate appoint karna padega.
Iske liye ek procedure hai jisko ek advocate hi kar sakta hai.
Urdu ka ek word tatima (shudhi documents) likha jaiga or is procedure me dono parties ka hona jaroori hai.
Dono ko registrar officer ke samne appears hona padata hai. Tabhi yah suddhi document registrar hoga. Or yah document aap ke sale deed ka part hoga.
