A. Hi,
Your mother can file a case under domestic violence act and claim maintenance. Also, she needs to file an application to the court for legal separation and divorce. The court has the power to give order for interim maintenance as well.

A. Hi,First of all don't be afraid if she (your sister) didn't do anything wrong. Would be better to Contact a lawyer for filing the quashing petition before high court to remove her name from the FIR.

You have to file an affidavit before the respective court as Interim Application praying to allow you to get back your articles from your husband's house. court order will give you full rights to access into your husband's house for the articles, else all other actions may lead to further legal issues.
