A. Dear Client,
If your errant husband filed a case or complaint against you before NHRC and SC/ST Deptt you can file a counter-complaint before the Chairperson, Women Commission who on receipt of any complaint from any distressed woman takes suo motto action to protect the interest and security of woman and her children. Once both the agency take up the matter, you may expect a better remedy to your concern that is cost-friendly and provide faster remedies.

A. Dear client,
We would advise you and your family members to reconcile with your brother.
If this does not work, you can file a complaint against your brother under section 350(criminal force) and assault(section 352) of IPC and let law take its course

A. Dear client,

It is clear that change of religion should have no effect on your job since the conversion of religion only has prospective effects and not retrospective effect.

A. Hello Clent,

You can file a discharge petition for your criminal cases. If you have enough proof that all the allegations she put on you are just to frame you and do not have proper ground then the court may grant your discharge petition.
Firstly, take bail for your Domestic Violence case.

Thanks & Regards
