It is a very weak case for her since towards the family expenses she has contributed such amounts into your account it may be fall within the definition of dowry. However if any false FIR is registered against you then get anticipatory bail first, then approach High Court for stay of investigation and quashing of FIR.

You may also take couple therapy to resolve your marital issues.
In case You want to file for Divorce, you have grounds to file the same.

All Indian laws are in favour of married woman. As such, if she is not interested in continuing the marriage, then she can initiate several multiple actions against her abusive husband. But, your friend may not get any benefits out of such litigation, but may get only frustration since Indian Courts takes years together to dispose the matrimonial cases.
