I married to Mr Gowrisankar (64yrs)36 yrs ago. In the year2012he had illicit relationship with a lady with 3 grown children. During that time I was. Busy looking after his property in his home town because of both in laws demise occurred 6 months gap( he is the only child to his parents) 2013 my husband with that servant maid have a son. My husband telling me that son born between them is his own son(maid have a husband too)Nowadays he is arguing for everything even to money matters. Lying , quarrelling are daily routines. Now I want to sue him under section 494 or how can I regain the property which is in joint names, since I pretty sure I have no rights on his ancestral property, my last question is that so-called son have legal rights along with my two daughters

A. Dear Sir/Madam
The so called called has no legal rights since her mother is having her own original husband. As such the son born out of illicit relationship not entitled for any share.
You have every right to claim property of your husband only after his death and during his lifetime you are entitled for 50% since it seems to be standing in your joint names.

I came to know that my husband is cheating on me. He is sleeping with his ex. I got married 4 months back and i am preganant. He married me knowing that i am older to him in age. Now i have not told him that i got to know about his cheating through messages he sent to her. He misbehaves with me after we got married. His ex is unmarried and even after knowing that he is married to me she is still sleeping. I want to save my marriage. Once i talked to that girl, she uses that cheap language but i can't degrade to her level. I can't tell this to anyone since it was a love marriage. What shoukd i do since he is aaking for divorce and i don't want to give.

A. Dear client,
Firstly, you can try and talk to your husband and tell him about your pregnancy. Even you can get elders involve in your talks. Secondly you threaten him and ask for such a huge amount as an alimony so that your husband drops the idea of divorcing you.

I seek legal advice of the following matter, My wife and I stay away from my family (due to job, I am working and she is housewife). One day my parent come to my house to visit us. My wife was critizing my parent with her friend on the whatapp. I opposed for this and we had some argument. (In our case, we frequently quarrels and argument on silly silly things, because she minds very very small things and discuss everything with her mother who give her wrong suggestions). So after one or two days later again some argument started b/w us and she called her parent to come to my house. Her parent and relatives came to my house, they querrel a lot with me and my parent (I have audio recording for the same). My wife went back with her parent (as per her wish), she has taken all the arnaments and jewelleries (given to her by my parent in marriage time). We didn't oppose for given the arnaments and jewelleries. She has also taken back car which was given by her parent at marriage time (they asked for all the things, I have audio recording for the same as proof). It has been around 6 months since then, we usually talked our the phone, I asked her to come back but she is not willing to come back. She says, she will come back only her parent says to do the same. I am affraid, she can files some false cases (as she listens and obeys her monther who always give her evil suggestions) What measures should I take to protect myself and my parent from false cases (just anticipation). However, I do not want her to know about my protective measures (because it may put bad impact on our relationship, just want to take some hidden measures so that they will be usefull in case any thing goes wrong).

A. Dear Sir,
It is better to go for mutual divorce by giving some amount to her otherwise you have to face difficulties as follows:
