A. Hi,
You can make an application directly to the High Court to quash false cases under Section 482 CrPC. We would not recommend that you take any action against the Judge, especially when your case is still in the process of being adjudicated.

A. File a case on her under DV act for harassment. One cannot shy away from the hard-hitting reality that it is not always the daughter-in-law who is berated but at times the in-laws who are at the receiving end of the daughter-in-law’s cantankerousness (crankiness). It should not be consigned to oblivion that the parents-in-law have every right to live in peace in their own property and the right to property vested in them cannot be snatched away and used as a tool to harass them,”

A. It depends on the status of your case. If you have already made your presence your wife will adopt all due procedures to get the exparte proceedings against you. Better to fight the case and try to put your efforts to fight the case in a proper way. Leaving the things in between will never help you.

A. Hi,
It depends on your age. If you're a minor, you can definitely claim maintenance from your father.
But in various High Courts and Supreme Court, the major child has also been allowed to claim maintenance for the purpose of education or if the child is suffering from any disease. Hence, you can claim maintenance from your father for the purpose of education. Thank You
