Within the first three months of registration of the society, the Chief Promoter is required to call the First General Body Meeting of the society, Election being one of the topmost priorities of the meeting along with the constitution of the Provisional Committee until regular elections are held under bye-laws of the Society. Regular elections are supposed to be held once every five years as per the Bye-Laws.

Holder more than one ID is illegal and irregular. Not to disclose to your opposite parties. Your candidature may be cancelled. Before that you cancel one of the ID card and then contest.

In general whenever a committee gets dissolved then the new one has to be formed by following the due process as laid down and the new term for the new committee will start from there. You need to check with the byelaws and article of association that what rules have you formulated for such instances and then take a call.

You have to go through the various provisions of constitution of India and also go through local circulars issued by concerned Election Officer. Apart from this you must have election ID and must be supported by two other persons having Voter ID.
