1) You need to check the employment letter/internship letter for the terms and conditions regarding the stipend during internships.
2) If no salary was mentioned, then you are not entitled to get the benefits.
3) If a stipend was promised, then you can send a legal notice to the company and claim your salary.

It's the company's obligation to act according to the employment agreement agreed between you and the company. In case they doesn't pay you the full payment then you have an option to send the company a legal notice with the help of a lawyer to make the company act according to employment agreement. And if the deny to do so then you have all rights to proceed with initiating legal action against the company.
