If you are working there and you are getting paid salary from them then there is no point for them to refuse the experience letter. Even if they dont but you will have the salary details to show case that you were working there.

Please specify your question. Whenever you join a company, there must be an employment contract signed between the parties, i.e, the employer and the employee wherein all the clauses are mentioned.
