I have done a degree and diploma course after base on graduation degree. After some time I find that my graduation marksheet is fake but records original in University, after some time I have taken duplicate marksheet of graduation from it's University. But at the time admission in post graduation and diploma course I attach past marksheet that was not legal, it's was mistake by study center. But present time I have all original and legal approved by University marksheets and degree certificates. I want ask that can I face problem in future in any govt job.

A. Dear client,
You can contact the record department employee at university , and then you may request for replace with original documents. That may be managed otherwise.
Whereas , In my opinion there would not be any problem if not replaced. Bcz, you have already passed both courses and such degree or certificates must have been issued by university, which are not fake .
Hence , now you have original documents with you . Nothing will happen
Thanks

I was promoted to Ad-hoc AAO by passing the departmental exam. Head Quarter issued a circular on 02.07.18 by which eligible candidate may appear in SAS Civil Audit exam. I sought clarification from Local Admin (my office) regarding my eligibility but I was not answered that time. Later regular promotion order was issued in favour of me on 10.08.19 and Local Admin. issued a circular on 29.08.18 inviting me to fill up the form for the said exam. Hence I refused to accept the promotion on 29.08.18 as after getting regular promotion candidate was not eligible to appear in the said exam. Later Head Quarter denied me to appear in the exam giving reference to its earlier circular dated 02.07.18. In this situation I was debarred for getting promotion for 1 year and could not also appear in the exam. Had I not been allowed to fill up the form, I would not refuse to accept the promotion. I think department is at fault who invited me without consulting the Head Quarter and I sought clarification also from my office. Pl guide me whether I should knock the door of court to get the promotion from the back date

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach High Court or Service Tribunal.

I have given resignation to my company on 5th September to join another company & I will be serving complete notice period. My employer has send me a mail today that resignation is not acceptable. The reason they have mentioned is that they have given me good growth in last 1 year. Kindly assist in how to proceed in case they are not relieving me as I do not wish to stay in my current company.

A. Dear concerned,
If you have served the company for the notice period agreed upon between you and your company, your company is duty bound to relieve you unless any unfavourable reason exists to the contrary. Secondly, they have given you good growth in the last one year is not a good excuse for them not to relieve you. You can still leave the company by intimating the company in advance that you are leaving the company even if the company has not accepted your resignation. But by opting this way, the company will not issue the relieving letter which will be required at the time of joining the new company. For more information, you should contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform.

Hi, I wanted to check if i can produce documents which i have copied from my official email id as evidence to Hon'ble court. These are email exchange between customers and me, my leaves status, other employees email to HR who too did not get paid their salary on time and reimbursements etc. i coped this email from official email id and Laptop provided by the employer. Is there any possibility that my previous employer can use this against me for Breach of Confidentiality agreement. This particular clause was in my appointment letter. I am a Manager in IT/Software Sector. Thanks Ravish

A. Facts not clear. What is the purpose of collecting these confidential documents. If your case is sub judice before a court of law then make an application for production of documents on which you rely for your claim. Court will certainly grant your request. Come on paid consultation.
