I'm IT Professional was providing my services to company as permanent employee. 1. Barely we receive our salary on time. Some time I've received salary after a month. 2. I've resigned on 9th Feb 2021.


A. Hi,
You can first send a legal notice to them with the help of a lawyer.
You can lodge police complaint for not paying FNF. After that you can file a complaint before the labour commissioner of your area.
You all can also file Recovery Suit before the civil court against the said Company.

A. This amounts to Unfair labour practice by the employer and you can definitely file the complaint against the employer in the Labour court. I've got a mail from my boss stating my salary will be on hold for15 days due to not giving proper answer on one of d project related question raised by our one of d director.

Employers cannot hold back the salary on the basis of the performance of the employee. But it is advisable to check your employment agreement first, if it allows the employer to do so. Otherwise, a legal action can be taken against the employer and the company.
